En mi infancia pasé por un montón de problemas, tanto de salud como lo era mi asma, que no me dejaba ser normal y también muchas experiencias de violencia, que al ser la hija más grande, tuve que soportarla sola. Mis padres no se llevaban bien y papá muchas veces se ponía muy violento en casa y en medio de tantas discusiones, yo vivía mi adolescencia. Durante mucho tiempo guardé mucho rencor con todos y con nadie a la vez. Nunca entendí bien quienes eran los responsables, pero solo sé que cuando tuve la oportunidad de venir a Buenos Aires, lo hice.

Mis padres se separaron y nunca más volví a ver a mi padre. Él lo intentó, pero los hijos no estábamos preparados para hablar con él y nunca aceptamos. Todavía vive en Paraguay, ya con otra familia, y nosotros pudimos con mucho esfuerzo salir adelante. No le guardo rencor y solo elijo recordarlo, con estos platos que son típicos de Paraguay y cada vez que lo preparo o lo preparamos con mi madre, me recuerda a los días que pasábamos en el campo.

La imagen 2, 3 es el denominado chipa zoó y básicamente se hace un relleno con carnes desmechadas, cebollas, morrones, ajos y huevos. Claro que con la clásica harina de maíz paraguaya, que se utiliza en muchos platos. Con lo que sobre de relleno, lo utilizamos para rellenar la sopa paraguaya. Las imágenes que siguen, les comparto las clásicas chipas, que son más famosas en Argentina, que hasta los venden en los trenes. En casa nos encanta porque lo podemos consumir en el desayuno, como reemplazo del pan, en la merienda o inclusive como bocadillo. No tiene gluten y eso hace que sea más saludable.

Con estos platos clásicos de mi país, recuerdo a mi padre. Me hubiese gustado escribir algo más bonito, pero no puedo negar la realidad. No guardo rencor y hoy disfruto de la familia que pude construir. Con este relato quise participar de la iniciativa. Aplaudo a mi madre, con la cual tampoco tengo la mejor relación, pero reconozco que hizo todo lo que estaba a su alcance para darnos lo mejor. Seguramente se equivocó en la vida, como toda mujer, pero no soy yo la que debe juzgarla. Hoy ella vive en casa y cada vez que mis hijos preguntan por su abuelo, les mando con la abuela para que les pregunte.
