How did your physical activity count go today?
My day was spent in the park with my wife, daughter and friends with whom we had a very nice day
We took the children on horseback, we played ball, we ran with them and we took some mates with our wives who dedicated themselves to chat while we played with the children.
It is easier for us to catch up with our children although it is hard for us to keep up; They are tireless.
Luckily the weather was spectacular which allowed us to stay late in the park.
Tomorrow we will surely meet again to celebrate Mother's and family's day.

Cómo les ha ido con su conteo de actividad física el día de hoy?
Mi jornada transcurrió en el parque con mi esposa, mi hija y amigos con quienes pasamos un muy lindo día
Llevamos a los niños en caballo, jugamos a la pelota, corrimos con ellos y tomamos unos mates con nuestras esposas quienes se dedicaban a charlar mientras nosotros jugabamos con los niños.
A nosotros nos es más fácil ponernos a la altura de nuestros niños aunque nos cuesta seguirles el ritmo; ellos son incansables.
Por suerte el clima estuvo espectacular lo que permitió quedarnos hasta tarde en el parque.
Mañana seguramente nos juntaremos nuevamente para celebrar el día de la madre y de la familia.
