Good Morning!

I have been having fun watching birds visiting through my birdcam, so am a bit slow in sharing cooking/baking recipe(s) these days ๐Ÿ˜…

I haven't even updated my recipe site and I was like, holy moly, I need to add 18 (new) recipes to my site. They were shared on YouTube and/or Hive.blog alrrady, but not yet to my own website ๐Ÿ˜…

Anyhoo!

This following dish is basing on Indonesian food called Semur Ayam. The difference is that, in my household I use common bay leaf, ghee, and vinegar. In Indonesia, we don't use them for our Semur Ayam. So maybe I should say Semur Ayam Canada style? ๐Ÿคฃ

Semur Ayam is normally sweet btw, and that's the main thing about this dish, sweet braised chicken ๐Ÿ˜Š

You can thicken the broth if you'd like to, by stirring in flour or starch solution, if not, leave it as is

Serve with warm rice
