Hello!

I have an odd cake to share today, because it is using LETTUCE!! ๐Ÿ˜ Don't knock it til you try it! I know the sound of it is giving you WTF vibe, but the cake is seriously moist and develops more flavor when served the next day. My youngest loves it ๐Ÿ˜

I mean, what's not to love, it's sugar overload ๐Ÿคฃ

Well, there's carrot cake, tomato soup cake, avocado cake, lime cake, pumpkin cake, beetroot cake, so why not lettuce cake, right? ๐Ÿ˜‰
