The weekend has been rainy, but in my opinion, the weather is perfect! This afternoon, while checking the plants in the garden, I noticed a small three-striped jumping spider. A few days ago, I shared some pictures of one of this species, but that one was a different color. This one, on the other hand, not only had a different color, but also a bad temper. Its aggressiveness was out of proportion to its tiny size, ha ha ha. It was moving from plant to plant, always on the defensive, so I decided to get my phone to make a video and show it to Mathias. He loves seeing them, but on video. In person, it's another story.
When I returned to see if I could capture the little red and black demon, I discovered the reason for her frantic behavior: she was in the middle of hunting, and I found her with her afternoon meal served and in the process of feeding. I couldn't stop her from eating, or attempt to capture this event. This little one was hungry. That defensive and aggressive attitude had disappeared, leaving her, so to speak, vulnerable. There she was, almost motionless, enjoying a little cicada. That was not the best day for the poor cicada.

El fin de semana ha sido lluvioso, el clima, a mi parecer, ¡Es perfecto! Esta tarde mientras revisaba las plantas del jardín me percate de una pequeña araña saltarina de tres franjas, hace unos días les había compartido las imágenes de una de este género, pero, aquella era de otro color, está por su parte, además de variar el color, su genio no era el mejor, la agresividad no cabía en ese diminuto tamaño jajaja, andaba de planta en planta siempre a la defensiva, por lo que me dispuse a buscar mi teléfono para hacerle un video y mostrárselo a Mathias, ama verlas, pero en video, en persona, es otro tema.
Cuando regrese para ver si lograba capturar a la pequeña demonio rojo y negro, descubrí el motivo de su frenético carácter, estaba en plena cacería, y la encontré con el platillo de la tarde servido y en pleno proceso de alimentación, obviamente no podía dejar de tomar, o hacer el intento de capturar este suceso, definitivamente, esta pequeña lo que tenía era hambre, aquella actitud a la defensiva y agresiva, había desaparecido, dejándola, por así decirlo, vulnerable, allí estaba ella, casi inmóvil degustando una pequeña chicharrita, ese no fue el mejor día de la pobre chicharra.
