For my princess, the choice was clear: **Ba Mee Nam Sai (Clear Noodle Soup with Egg Noodles)**. It arrived looking like a perfect picture of comfort—a nest of delicate golden egg noodles swimming in a crystal-clear, shimmering broth. Bobbing happily in the soup were bouncy meatballs, tender slices of pork, and a sprinkle of fresh greens and crisp bean sprouts. The aroma alone was pure, clean, and inviting. Watching her enjoy it, the happy slurp of noodles and the gentle clinking of her spoon against the bowl, was the best review a dish could ever get.
