Since I started to participate, I have proposed, as much as possible, to keep myself active with a weekly presentation, something complex with the time issue, but that one enjoys doing it. The Hive Music Festival Week 118 Round 1 has opened the doors again to the talent of Hive, as usual luxury presentations of the artists that here we make use of their stage to show our musical contribution. For this new week I want to share with you a song that I really like, by actor and singer Carlos Rivera. Artist who has a sweet and powerful voice timbre at the same time, it is also quite complex to reach his melody. But it's a new year, new challenges and, as I said, I will find myself in the ring with songs that demand me vocally.
La canción que escogí del artista, del cual confieso que es bastante difícil quedarse con una sola, ya que su repertorio es bastante diverso y variado, incursionando en muchísimos géneros, demostrando versatilidad. "Te esperaba" es una canción que me identifico con ella, me toca el alma, escucharla, una letra sencilla, hermosa, de un significado profundo. Personalmente, me he sentido así del tal manera como describe la letra de la canción, que es como si la hubiesen compuesto para mí, a que más de una vez han sentido esa sensación.
Por tal motivo quise traerles este cover song a su consideración, del cual sentí una energía profunda cuando me paseaba por sus notas.
