Hola a todos amigos y amigas de Music Zone. Es un placer para mí poder compartir con todos ustedes una vez más en esta nueva semana de este concurso tan genial donde participan grandes talentos de todas partes del mundo. En esta oportunidad les traigo un cover en mi teclado de un tema que es un clásico del pop en ingles que pertenece por la banda noruega conocida como A- ha. La canción se llama Take on Me es un tema que lleva muchos sintetizadores y presenta muchos instrumentos variados, que incluye guitarra acústica, teclados y batería. Originalmente, la publicaron como sencillo para Europa en 1984, sin incluirla en ningún álbum, y no tuvo mucha recepción comercial. Luego se produjo una segunda versión, incluida en el álbum debut del grupo, Hunting High and Low, en abril de 1985. Aunque la segunda versión tuvo más ventas que la primera, tampoco fue muy popular en las listas. A pesar de esto un tercer y último lanzamiento en septiembre de 1985, acompañado de un video fue lo que logró aumentar las ventas y la popularidad de la banda para aquel entonces. El grupo alcanzó la posición número uno en las listas de Estados Unidos, Noruega y otros doce países y la número dos en el Reino Unido, Irlanda y Japón. En la gala de entrega de los Spellemannprisen de 2009, «Take on Me» recibió un reconocimiento al mejor éxito noruego de los últimos cincuenta años. Para este cover utilice un teclado que es una reliquia tiene más años que yo, me regalaron cuando era un niño y aún lo conservo. Tiene efectos muy parecidos a los que utilizan los músicos de los años 80 y principios de los 90.

This time, I bring you a cover on my keyboard of a classic English pop song by the Norwegian band A-ha. The song is called "Take on Me," a synth-heavy track featuring a variety of instruments, including acoustic guitar, keyboards, and drums. It was originally released as a single for Europe in 1984, without being included on any album, and it didn't have much commercial reception. A second version was later released, included on the group's debut album, "Hunting High and Low," in April 1985. Although the second version sold more than the first, it wasn't very popular on the charts either. Despite this, a third and final release in September 1985, accompanied by a video, was what managed to increase the band's sales and popularity by that time. The group reached number one on the charts in the United States, Norway, and twelve other countries, and number two in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Japan. I was given it as a gift when I was a kid, and I still have it. It has effects very similar to those used by musicians from the 80s and early 90s.
