First off, thank you to the community for this opportunity to share with the world.
This particular song holds a deep meaning to me, why? You might be wondering... It is because I wrote this song or should I say the blue print came to me the day I heard about the death of my Dad.
I would say the experience of losing someone you really love can shape your mind in a way that even science may not be able to explain but that's a story for another day.
I can remember when my mother broke the news to me in the sitting room with people around her consoling her as she cried. I just simply walked straight to my room and picked up Ruby (my guitar)... In the distance I could hear them yelling "follow him oo, don't let him harm himself".
As I strummed the strings, the first words that I could mutter was "Take all the glory", as tears streamed down my eyes. I still decided to give God praise and judge Him faithful and worthy of all my worship, reverence and praise in spite of the large vacuum and pain I felt that night.
It's been over a decade now, I still miss my Dad by the day but I'm super grateful to God for his life and the memories we shared together.
Remember, tragedies may come but in all of these God remains faithful and worthy of our praise. I know it's not easy to praise Him when everything feels like it's falling apart but that's the right posture of heart and with time slowly but sure there would be a positive turn around.

Hola amantes de la música, entusiastas y todos los que están en medio.
Primero que nada, gracias a la comunidad por esta oportunidad de compartir con el mundo.
Esta canción en particular tiene un significado muy profundo para mí, ¿por qué? Te estarás preguntando... Es porque escribí esta canción —o mejor dicho, el borrador vino a mí— el día que me enteré de la muerte de mi padre.
Diría que la experiencia de perder a alguien que realmente amas puede moldear tu mente de una forma que incluso la ciencia no puede explicar, pero esa es una historia para otro día.
Recuerdo cuando mi madre me dio la noticia en la sala, con personas a su alrededor consolándola mientras lloraba. Yo simplemente caminé directo a mi habitación y tomé a Ruby (mi guitarra)... A lo lejos podía escuchar que gritaban: “¡Síganlo oo, no dejen que se haga daño!”
Mientras rasgueaba las cuerdas, las primeras palabras que pude pronunciar fueron: “Toma toda la gloria”, mientras las lágrimas corrían por mis mejillas. Aun así, decidí alabar a Dios y considerarlo fiel y digno de toda mi adoración, reverencia y alabanza, a pesar del gran vacío y el dolor que sentí esa noche.
Ha pasado más de una década, aún extraño a mi padre cada día, pero estoy súper agradecido con Dios por su vida y por los recuerdos que compartimos juntos.
Recuerda, las tragedias pueden llegar, pero en medio de todo esto, Dios sigue siendo fiel y digno de nuestra alabanza. Sé que no es fácil alabarlo cuando todo parece desmoronarse, pero esa es la postura correcta del corazón, y con el tiempo, lenta pero seguramente, todo dará un giro positivo.
