Cooking vegetarian in style with new Elica induction touchscreen stove

As a vegetarian I'm not fussy about what I eat, as long as it's without meat, chicken or fish. The vegetable is my favorite food, and among vegetables one of the top rated is broccoli.

Cooking this edible was fascinating today because I had the opportunity to use a new top class touch screen stove. It heats in seconds and is the fastest most powerful cooking stove I've ever seen. Maybe you're familiar with it.
It's called Elica.

This is an induction cooker from Italy, and it's quite stylish. I love the speed as it improves my efficiency. I guess it's like driving a Ferrari. When lambo? I had such fun cooking on it they I'm sharing it with you as a rare Italian moment worth savoring.

Broccoli is a fine vegetable, served well with potato. First I place butter in the pot to melt, since butter ghee is indigenous to Ayurveda and their recipes, preferably from ahimsa cows.

Then throw in the spices, like mustard seeds, then ground coriander, cumin and turmeric. Once the spices have roasted a little, I throw in the chopped and peeled potato cubes. They simmer a little and then hot water is added to cook them through.

Once they have cooked a while, I add some salt, and then I add the chopped broccoli. They cook along with the potatoes and form a tasty dish to offer to the gods. We can't forget to include them in the cooking process. They accept our loving devotional service in the form of foodstuffs. Otherwise their's karma for killing the broccoli or any other plant we eat. Vegetarians are not immune to incurring karma when we cook. So the recommendation is to offer the cooked meal first to the gods.

I do not want to incur any karma for all those vegetables I've killed, though it seems unavoidable since my offerings to the gods are sometimes flippant or absent, in my lust to satisfy my tongue and belly. It's a beastly business keeping body and soul together. The stove and kitchen look polished and shiny but it's all just polished animalism.

The kitchen had a touch of style to it today, and the humble broccoli came out really superbly, I would do it again any day. Every day should be as green day, I always say.

And after that some folks might want to savor a fine filter coffee. I know most of you love the stuff. I'm indifferent to it, though each to their own. I prefer using Ashwagandha which is Indian ginseng. It's something I highly recommend for you good health. Try it and see. I did and I'm feeling better for it lately. What a boost for a Bitcoin Babaji.

Photos my own. Published from my mobile device onto the Hive blockchain for those interested in karma-free cooking.
