SAMBAL GORENG TEMPEH

Hello Foodies lovers! How are you all? I hope everyone reading this is in good health. I'm back with a new recipe. I guarantee you will love this recipe. The name of this dish is Sambal Goreng Tempeh. You can immediately know the basic ingredients of the dish just by hearing the name, right? This menu is usually used for party dishes in my village area. And this is one of my favorite side dishes.
By the way, it's been a long time since I've shared a recipe made from tempeh. All right, I don't want to say much. Let's get started!
THE INGREDIENTS
- Tempeh
- Green chilli
- Salt
- Sugar
- Powdered broth
- Cooking oil
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Galangal (If available)
- Bay leaf (If available)
STEP BY STEP TO COOK SAMBAL GORENG TEMPEH
- Cut the tempeh into small piecesthen fry until dry
- Cut green chilies obliquely then saute until wilted then drain
- Chop the onion and garlic
- Heat a little cooking oil and fry the onion and garlic until fragrant
- Add tempeh, green chilies and all the spices and mix well
- Serve on a plate.
