**Pastel de Pollo y Papas**.💛
El **Pastel de Pollo y Papas** es un plato lleno de muchísimo sabor. En casa tenemos nuestro propio estilo para prepararlo, donde combinamos una fina masa a base de harina de trigo con estofado de pollo, salsa bechamel, papas y queso. La mezcla de estos sabores es un gustazo al paladar.
El Pastel de Pollo y Papas se rellena por capas y se lleva al horno, pueden acompañarlo con diversos contornos de su preferencia. En casa mayormente lo preparamos en ocasiones especiales, como cumpleaños o reuniones familiares.

**¿El resultado de este almuerzo?**
Capas de sabor y texturas increíbles, comenzando con una fina masa crujiente y doradita que es la base del pastel, rellena de capas de estofado de pollo y salsa bechamel, para finalizar una capa de queso rallado que una vez horneado se derrite sobre el pastel. Esperamos lo disfruten.

The **Chicken and Potato Pie** is a dish full of flavor. At home we have our own style to prepare it, where we combine a thin dough based on wheat flour with chicken stew, bechamel sauce, potatoes and cheese. The mixture of these flavors is a delight to the palate.
The Chicken and Potato Pie is filled in layers and baked in the oven, you can accompany it with various toppings of your preference. At home we mostly prepare it on special occasions, such as birthdays or family reunions.

Layers of flavor and incredible textures, starting with a thin crispy golden brown crust that is the base of the pie, filled with layers of chicken stew and bechamel sauce, and finishing with a layer of grated cheese that once baked melts on top of the pie. We hope you enjoy it.
