In this post, I share about a drink I made a few days ago. The drink was Grass Jelly with Chocolate Milk and Cashew Milk + Grated Cheddar. The grass jelly that I made is not 100% grass jelly, but I used Nutrijell - Grass Jelly Flavor, brown agar-agar powder, sugar, and water. The grass jelly in the post a few days ago with the grass jelly in this post is the same grass jelly.
Di postingan ini, aku berbagi tentang minuman yang kubuat beberapa hari lalu. Minumannya adalah Cincau dengan Susu Cokelat dan Susu Cokelat Mede + Cheddar Parut. Cincau yang kubuat bukan cincau 100%, melainkan aku menggunakan Nutrijell - Rasa Cincau, tepung agar-agar warna cokelat, gula, dan air. Cincau di postingan beberapa hari lalu dengan cincau di postingan ini adalah cincau yang sama.
INGREDIENTS I USED:
BAHAN-BAHAN YANG AKU GUNAKAN:
● 1 sachet of Nutrijell - Grass Jelly Flavor (10 grams) ● Brown agar-agar powder ● Sugar ● Water ● 1 pack of chocolate flavored UHT milk (250 ml) ● 1 pack of cashew flavored UHT milk (250 ml) ● Ice cubes ● Grated cheddar
● 1 saset Nutrijell - Rasa Cincau (10 gram) ● Tepung agar-agar warna cokelat ● Gula ● Air ● 1 bungkus susu UHT rasa cokelat (250 ml) ● 1 bungkus susu UHT rasa cokelat mede (250 ml) ● Es batu ● Cheddar parut
HOW I MADE:
CARA AKU MEMBUAT:
● I put 1 sachet of Nutrijell - Grass Jelly Flavor (10 grams) and a portion of 1 sachet of brown agar-agar powder into the stewpan. I added sugar.
Aku masukkan 1 saset Nutrijell - Rasa Cincau (10 gram) dan sebagian dari 1 saset tepung agar-agar warna cokelat ke panci rebus. Aku tambahkan gula.
● I added water. I brought to a boil and stirred.
Aku tambahkan air. Aku didihkan dan aduk.
● I turned off the fire. I left the solution for some time. I poured the solution into 3 containers. I put in the fridge. The grass jelly in each container was ready when hardened.
Aku matikan api. Aku diamkan larutan selama beberapa waktu. Aku tuang larutan ke 3 buah wadah. Aku masukkan ke kulkas. Cincau di tiap wadah sudah jadi saat sudah mengeras.
● I put chocolate flavored UHT milk and cashew flavored UHT milk into a bowl. I stirred.
Aku masukkan susu UHT rasa cokelat dan susu UHT rasa cokelat mede ke sebuah mangkok. Aku aduk.
● I put 2 ice cubes into each of the 4 glasses.
Aku masukkan 2 buah es batu ke masing-masing dari 4 buah gelas.
● I added pieces of grass jelly (I used one of the grass jelly containers).
Aku tambahkan potongan cincau (Aku menggunakan salah satu wadah cincau).
● I added the milk.
Aku tambahkan susunya.
● I added grated cheddar.
Aku tambahkan cheddar parut.
