Recipe & Method
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/3 Cup Cacao Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- Pinch Salt
- 2 Bananas
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Sugar/Honey
- 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
Method
Add flour, cacao, baking powder and salt to a bowl and whisk to combine (can be sifted, but I pretty much always opt for just whisking it)
Add bananas, oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk in large bowl and whisk well
Add flour and cacao mixture to wet ingredients.
Mix until combined, do not over mix.
Cook in hot frying pan, flipping once set. Do not over cook.
