Feliz día amigos de @foodiesbeehive. Me han colocado una dieta a base de hierro, así que la carne roja, el hígado son mis proteínas más consumidas porque ayudan a aumentar la hemoglobina que en estos momentos la tengo un poco baja. La carne roja es fuente de hierro fácil de absorber además de que aporta vitamina y Zinc que ayudan a formar glóbulos rojos en nuestro sistema. En esta oportunidad la acompañé con un rico arroz parecido a la jardinera que por su sola presentación al cocinarlo llama a probar. Ahora les cuento el proceso.

This time, I accompanied it with a delicious rice dish similar to jardinerita, which looks so appetizing when cooked that you just have to try it. Now I'll tell you how I made it.

- 1 Cebolla Grande.
- 1 Lata de guisantes.
- 1 Jojoto.
- Media zanahoria.
- Condimentos Sal y Adobo.
- 2 beef steaks.
- 1 large onion.
- 1 can of peas.
- 1 corn cob.
- Half a carrot.
- Salt and seasoning.

I started by adding marinade to the steaks after washing them and patting them dry to help tenderize them. I left them to marinate for 5 minutes.---








I then washed the rice and added a little oil and crushed garlic to a pot. When it was golden brown, I added the washed rice and stirred for a minute. Then I added the half carrot, diced, the water, the can of peas, and the tender corn, cut into circles, and let it cook, but not before adding the appropriate amount of salt.---
