Feliz día amigos de @foodiesbeehive, amo las tortas tipo ponqué, sin crema para disfrutarla con un café a la hora de la merienda. En esta ocasión hice una marmoleada con café instantáneo y caco y además aproveché para practicar el vaciado que nos permite dar el diseño de la torta cebra que hace mucho la había visto en las redes. De sabor quedó muy deliciosa, cambié las cantidades de la receta original que era de 250 gr para hacer una de medio kilo porque a todos nos encanta torta tipo ponqué además de regalar un poco a los amigos y familiares. A continuación les muestro el proceso para que en casa también la puedan hacer.

The flavor was very delicious, I changed the quantities of the original recipe which was 250 grams to make a half kilo because we all love cake type ponqué and also to give a little to friends and family. Below I show you the process so that you can also make it at home.

- 4 Huevos.
- 2 tazas de azúcar.
- 250 gr de mantequilla.
- Media cucharadita de sal.
- Café instantaneo.
- 1 taza de leche.
- 3 tazas y media de harina de trigo leudante.
- 3 cucharadas de cacao amargo.
- Vainilla al gusto.
- 4 eggs.
- 2 cups of sugar.
- 250 gr of butter.
- Half teaspoon of salt.
- Instant coffee.
- 1 cup milk.
- 3 and a half cups of leavening wheat flour.
- 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa.
- Vanilla to taste.

In the mixer place the 250 gr of butter and the 2 cups of sugar. Beat until they are incorporated and we obtain a whitish cream. Add the four eggs one by one and continue beating.---


Add the wheat flour alternately with the liquid milk, follow with the vanilla, which will be about a teaspoon and if we want we add baking powder, I like to do it even if the wheat flour is leavening.---




We separate the mixture into two equal parts or as similar as possible. To one of the parts we are going to add three tablespoons of cocoa, beat and then add the instant coffee that we prepare using a tablespoon of warm water and adding a tablespoon of instant coffee, stir well and add it to the mixture.---




In the previously floured and buttered pan we are going to place the mixtures alternating the mixtures for this I used a soup serving spoon. I added a measure of the vanilla or white base, then in the center we add the same amount of the cocoa mixture, then in the center the white mixture, then in the center the cocoa mixture and so on until both mixtures are finished. I used a spoon because these days I have little patience in the original video they used a spoon and I saw it as eternal hahaha. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out dry.---





Let it rest and that's it! Let's eat this delicious cake. By the way, I made it on Children's Day to spoil my two children who are not so young anymore but I still like to make recipes that I know they love.--- Esta es una receta muy sencilla pero con un sabor deliciosamente encantador. No me quedó muy dulce eso me gustó y su textura maravillosamente suave. Me la imaginé luego combinarla con naranja que también me gusta mucho y piña. Bueno muchas variantes que de seguro también quedan deliciosas. Espero les haya gustado amigos, nos leemos pronto.
