How I prepared my vegetable soup

Good evening my lovely friends 🤗, it's been a while since I posted here, trust y'all are doing great.

I prepared this mouth watering vegetable soup using👇:

A hand full of Pumpkin leaf 🌿
A hand full of water leaf
Crayfish 1kg
Small sizeable snail 🐌 1kg
Pepper about 7pcs
Stockfish 1sacthet
2 sizeable onion 🧅
1and half cup of red oil
Seasoning cube (2maggi)
Salt 2 teaspoon
Water small quantity
Meat (assorted) 1kg

PREPARATION__:
Step1: i plucked off the vegetable leaf from the stem and put it on a bowl to wash it up to 4times it separately and cut it to my desirable sharp.

Step2: washed and steam the meat and stockfish adding blended pepper, onion, 1maggi cube and salt to taste. Then i washed the snail using alum to remove the sticker gim from it and I added it to the steaming meat and added a small amount of water to boil well, i love my meat to be tender and soft, easy to chew, so i allowed it to steam for about 10mins more

Step3:
I selected the crayfish and blend it together with pepper and onion, so I'm almost ready to cook 🤗

Step4:
I dried the pot and poured the red oil, i allowed it to get hot a little before adding onions and other blended ingredients including salt, meat stock and crayfish and allowed it to steam for 5 minutes

Step5:
Then I added the cutted waterleaf first and stirred very well before adding the pumpkin leaf and i gave it a good stir

And yes my soup is ever ready to be served hot either with processed cassava (fufu/garri) or semovita or wheat
