Today I will be making a different and delicious breakfast with the usual ingredients we all do have at home, so let’s get into the feta and see what I was talking about.   Ingredients are:

2 pieces of eggs 3 pieces of potatoes 350 ml of groundnut oil Half a tablespoon of margarine 5g of dry pepper 5g of ginger and garlic powder 2g of thyme 10g of crayfish 1 full tablespoon of salt 1 piece of seasoning cube   | Column1 | Column2 | | ------------ | ------------

Procedure

I peeled the potatoes back, then sliced them into smaller pieces. I poured them into clean water, then added the salt and half of the seasoning cube into the water and set it aside.   | Column1 | Column2 | Column3 | | ------------ | ------------ | ------------

I put a big frying pan on the burner, added the groundnut oil, then poured some of the sliced potatoes inside. I fried on a low heat.

I continue with other things by breaking the eggs in a clean bowl. And I added the remaining half of the seasoning cube and the remaining salt as well, alongside the crayfish, pepper, thyme, and the ginger and garlic powder.

The potatoes were already fried to my taste by the time I was done with the egg mixture, so I packed them out and then poured them inside the egg mixture.

I poured the groundnut oil into another pan, and then I placed the frying pan back on the burner. I added the half tablespoon of margarine into the pan, and I allowed it to melt completely into the pan.   | Column1 | Column2 | | ------------ | ------------

The next thing I did was pour the fried potatoes and egg mixture into the pan, and I made use of a bigger spoon to spread the potatoes inside the egg so it could get the perfect round shape that I wanted. Then I covered it for 3 minutes so the egg could steam very well.   | Column1 | Column2 | | ------------ | ------------

After that, I made use of the cover to turn it to the other side because I didn’t want to make use of a spoon to avoid breaking the round shape; I allowed it to steam for 2 minutes again on a low heat.

Now the potato and egg pizza is ready.
