"My First Time Cooking The Tasty Strawberry Pan Barbeque Chicken Is Worth The Try"

Greetings! Happy Thursday foodies bee hive!. I am craving a Chicken barbeque but we do not yet have a griller in our new home so let me share with you all my first time to cook Strawberry Pan Barbeque Chicken Recipe. Easy yet very tasty and so good to eat with rice.

I am not really into Chicken Barbeque but for me trying new ways of cooking is exciting and fun not to mention the learning from trying new cooking styles instead of grilling. I would use the Pan.

Let’s go to the kitchen and prepare to cook our recipe for lunch today.

               STRAWBERRY PAN BARBEQUE CHICKEN

Ingredients: 4pcs Chicken quarter 4 cloves garlic 1pc onion 2pcs Oyster sauce One teaspoon tomato paste Calamansi Ground black pepper Granulated garlic White pepper corn ¼ cup soy sauce ⅓ cup brown sugar ¼ cup royal strawberry softdrinks Oil for fan frying and saute

    PROCEDURE

*Wash the chicken, remove the butt and the fats.

*Slice the tights to let the marinate absorbed and easy to cook.

*Wash the chicken again then put it in a colander to dry the excess water. * In a mixing bowl -add the soy sauce

-add the brown sugar and black pepper.

-add the granulated garlic

-add oyster sauce

-add tomato paste

-add strawberry flavor royal soft drinks

-squeezze calamansi 2pcs only

-removed the skin of the garlic and mince it then add half to the mixture in the bowl.

*Mix all the marinade ingredients well

*Add the chicken to the bowl and marinate it for one hour.

*After 30 minutes,flip the other side of the chicken to ensure both sides are marinated.

*Remove the skin of the onion and slice it.

Prepare to fan fry

*Transfer the chicken in the colander

*In a pan, add cooking oil to fan fry the chicken.

*Pan fry the chicken on both sides.

*Saute the garlic and onion till golden brown.

*Add the chicken to the pan.

*Add the marinade.

NOTE, I transfer to another pan with a nice lid so I can cook properly.

*Bring to boil then simmer it in a medium fire. * After 10 minutes flip the other side of the chicken and cover it. * after another 10 minutes, check if the marinade turns sticky. Wait until the marinade is sticky then off the fire.

We ate this barbeque at lunchtime and it was very tasty and worth the try. What I love about cooking is I can be myself. I can try new styles and techniques on cooking. As I have always said to my daughters and my family. My kitchen, my role.
