I am excited to share with you about these amazing chocolate truffles.
At the end of last year I did a detox and went off of dairy, grains, and sugar. During that time I found an incredible truffle recipe. I am not usually a dark chocolate fan, so I was surprised I liked this truffle so much. It is so silky, smooth, and delicious! And it is dairy and gluten free and vegan and sweetened with natural sweeteners (coconut sugar). I also add a bit of natural sweetener like maple syrup or agave syrup.

Tins
A big part of the company is that it is environmentally friendly. Since I was developing the company I decided to reuse tins as the packaging. I just couldn't bring myself to use single use plastic. The tins are so much more fun and I love that it gives them another life.
I started collecting the tins from second hand stores in December, so I have a lot of Christmas tins. I was also given some great tins that someone had collected like the one from France below.
