I think the moment in the morning must be spent with super food.In the morning we have breakfast with light food. So we must keep an eye on the nutrition and super food must be selected. We have to do it that food is rich in nutrients and we have to eat nutritious foods. That is why we have to eat food to survive regularly. However, we need to pick up nutrient rich and super food for how the body is healthy.
Moreover, we will be able to gain strength in the body from morning and we have to eat calorie -rich foods. Since we do not eat heavy food in the morning. We have to eat light foods that are nutrient rich. Moreover, heavy food can never be eaten after waking up. Moreover, when eating heavy foods, the body becomes obese. At the same time, various diseases are nesting in the body.In the present environment, people are suffering from various diseases due to excessive food due to unconsciousness. We have to eat nutrient -rich foods to be aware. Moreover, doctors always ask to look at nutritious food.
However, friends I am very aware of the food. My health has increased a lot lately. Because I was very interested in fast food. Since I adhere to the diet, I have a light breakfast in the morning routine and I need coffee with it.This morning I ate cut bread, two sesum seed nadu, four to five dates and five to six nuts.Also in addition to these foods I have drank a coffee as a drink.Since I spend every morning with red tea.
But today I spent the morning with a little difference.I drink coffee occasionally.But I drink most of the coffee in the afternoon.However, at the moment of this morning, the coffee was very attractive.So I took coffee along with breakfast and drink.
Thus I started my breakfast moment with nutrition rich foods. Because I know that the beginning of the morning should start with nutrition. Because many of us work hard all day and it costs a lot of calories from our body.
