Hello food lovers.. How are you? This time I want to review a food that is delicious and everyone's favorite, especially when going to a friend's house.

This food is called Martabak Eggs. Many variants of martabak, there are sweet and savory. For the sweet ones, the variants consist of chocolate, black sticky rice, peanuts, cheese and other sweet foods. As for the savory variant, it is called egg martabak which is made from eggs, meat, cornet and so on.

This egg martabak is usually made from chicken or duck eggs and is accompanied by a special sauce and pickles. We usually find this food on the streets of the capital. Because it is very tasty and easy to get, this martabak is a food that is often a souvenir when visiting friends' homes.

Martabak comes from Arabic which means multiple. This food is said to have emerged because of the friendship of a tough young man with an Indian youth.
