¿Feliz día estimados amigos!. Hoy preparé una receta muy económica, fácil de hacer y muy sabrosa. "Papas rellenas de carne mechada"; otra idea que les traigo para variar. Estás deliciosas papas se pueden preparar con lo que tengas en casa: carne, pollo, pescado, vegetales etc. Muy fácil de preparar y rápido de hacer. Espero les guste y la disfruten.
