En esta oportunidad quiero hablarles que regresé nuevamente a una Organización no Gubernamental llamada Creemos Sucre, como voluntaria. Dónde abarcan distintos temas. Entre ellas, están el derecho a la mujer, violencia de género y educación sexual.
> On this occasion, I want to tell you that I have returned to a non-governmental organization called Creemos Sucre as a volunteer. They cover a range of issues, including women's rights, gender violence, and sex education.
La educación sobre estos temas es súper importante en cada espacio que nos encontremos, la salud mental y la educación sexual creo que son temas súper importante de dar a conocer por medio de las charlas. Los derechos, es en esencia, algo que nos caracteriza como seres humanos dentro de una Sociedad y que, muchas veces, son vulnerados. Conocer nuestros derechos es pieza clave para un avance como Sociedad.
> Education on these topics is extremely important in every space we find ourselves in. I believe that mental health and sex education are extremely important topics to raise awareness about through talks. Rights are, in essence, something that characterizes us as human beings within a society and that are often violated. Knowing our rights is key to progress as a society.
En Cumaná, los derechos de la mujer es casi nulo y la información es una herramienta importante hoy en día. La violencia de género es algo que nos impacta a diario, el desconocer dónde denunciar o recibir apoyo es deficiente, por eso la ONG busca aportar más.
