1️⃣ If you had the opportunity, what kind of business would you like to start and why?
Starting a business at this point in my life is something of a huge commitment, after having arrived and achieved a healthy peace within myself. I say this not because I don't want to, I think about how demanding it is to start a business, to write the project, vision, mission, and everything else required, including the legal side, because I like everything as it should be.
With a business opportunity, I would like a team where many ideas emerge every day, to observe each other more closely, and to improve what isn't yet on track.
The business I would like is something like a space to listen to people, to give them some guidance, or simply to listen to them... because there are many who need to be heard, to ease their sadness, and if they have joys to share, too. This is interesting because it's a way to help people feel good. Sometimes society, with its demands, makes people feel anxious because they don't achieve things that others do. This makes them feel pressured, regardless of age.
I'm learning to listen without judgment. Judgment is what causes many to silence their voices; they stop expressing themselves because they feel so criticized. The truth is that we live in a world with a lot of criticism; learning to handle it is an internal effort for each person. Calling this business therapy wouldn't be the right name, but rather support. You feel less pressure and perhaps more heard when you let go of many things.
2️⃣ Are you more motivated by passion, profit, or independence?
When you want to start a business, we always look at the profit or financial independence angle; as they say, "be your own boss."
Of course, there has to be some passion for what you want to do... everyone can define it according to their own way of doing it.
Sometimes you have to do things, because you simply have to do them. If you don't really enjoy them, do them, and then don't let it hurt people emotionally and turn into other things. We should also say enough is enough when we're not satisfied with something, or with some activity we do.
In the activity I currently do, which isn't work-related, I feel it offers more independence, more health, more freedom. I don't see passion that way, although I do like it a lot. But if for some reason I don't want to attend, there's no pressure.

Hola comunidad #Ladiesofhive Bendiciones para todos, gracias comunidad por existir. 1️⃣ Si tuvieras la oportunidad, ¿qué tipo de negocio te gustaría emprender y por qué?
Iniciar negocios a estas alturas de mi vida es algo así como mucho compromiso, después de haber llegado y lograr una sana paz en mi; lo digo no por no querer, pienso en lo demandante que es iniciar un negocio escribir el proyecto, visión, misión y todo lo que se requiere, además la parte legal porque me gusta todo como debe ser.
Con una oportunidad de negocios, me gustaría con un equipo donde surjan muchas ideas cada día, observarnos cada uno más y mejorar aquello que aún no se encarrila.
El negocio que me gustaría es algo así como un espacio para escuchar a las personas, orientarlas un poco o simplemente escucharlas…porque hay muchas que requieren ser escuchados, para alivianar sus tristezas y si tienen alegrías que contar también. Esto es interesante porque es una forma de colaborar con las personas a que se sientan bien, a veces la misma sociedad con su demanda hace que las personas se sientan ansiosas porque no logran cosas que otros sí, esto los hace sentir presionados, independientemente de la edad.
Estoy aprendiendo a escuchar sin hacer juicios. Los juicios es lo que hace que muchos callen su voz, dejan de expresarse porque se sienten muy criticados. La verdad que vivimos un mundo con muchas críticas, aprender a manejarlas es un trabajo interno de cada uno. Llamar este negocio terapias no sería el nombre, más bien acompañamientos. Se siente menos presión y quizás más escuchados al despojarse de muchas cosas.
2️⃣ ¿Te ves más motivado por la pasión, el lucro o la independencia?
Cuando quieres iniciar un negocio siempre miramos la parte del lucro o la independencia económica, como dicen por allí sé tu propio jefe.
Por supuesto, tiene que existir algo de gusto por lo que se quiere hacer…llamarlo pasión cada quien le puede dar la connotación de acuerdo a su forma de llevarlo.
A veces hay que hacer cosas, porque sencillamente hay que hacerlas, si no es de mucho agrado, hacerlas y ya sin dejar que emocionalmente llegue a herir a las personas y esto se convierta en otras cosas. También debemos decir hasta aquí cuando no nos llena algo, o alguna actividad que realizamos.
En la actividad que hago actualmente, no laboral, siento que es más independencia, más salud, más libertad. Pasión, no lo veo de esa forma, aunque si me gusta mucho, pero si por alguna razón no quiero asistir, no hay presión.
