✨ Buenas noches gente linda de @hivediy, aqui me encuentro nuevamente con ustedes con otro proyecto de reciclaje de ropa, en esta ocasión con el diseño de un bello crop top fruncido en el busto, detalle ideal para una amiga que ama este estilo y todos mis diseños.

✨ I'veThis upcycling project has been one of my favorites, as the design and color have captivated me; it's impossible not to love it. Since it was a good friend's birthday, and my budget was tight, I thought, "Why not give her a gift with a design I'd created?" "I'm sure she'd love it?" And thinking about the pattern, I saw this beautiful piece of fabric among my scraps and fabrics, so I got to work.
This cutout has its own story. It started out as a cute pair of pants, but I never liked how it looked on. So I cut it out and made my little girl shorts from the leftovers. Then I cut it out again and lost interest. A few months ago, it came back to me, and I thought it would be a great idea to make it into a handbag, but it remained just an idea until yesterday, when I imagined her in a cute crop top and finally made it.
✨ Este proyecto de reciclaje ha sido de todos unos de mis favoritos, pues el diseño y el color me han fascinado, es imposible no amarlos. Como era el cumple de una buena amiga, y mi presupuesto estaba por los suelos, pense "porqué no regalar un diseño creado por mi"?, "seguro lo adoraria?". Y pensando en el modelo, vi entre mis retazos y tejidos esta belleza de tela, asi que me puse manos a la obra.
Este recorte tiene su historia, pues en sus inicios fue un lindo pantalón, pero nunca me llego a gustar como se veia puesto. Asi que lo recorte y de lo sobrante le hice un short a mi niña. Luego lo volvi a recortar y perdi el interés. Hace unos meses se volvio a colocar en mi camino y me pareció genial la idea de hacerlo un bolsito de mano, pero se quedo solo en una idea, hasta el dia de ayer que me la imagine en un lindo crop top y finalmente lo realice.

✨ *To make this beautiful and fresh crop top, I started by cutting a ribbon from the bottom that would be used for the straps. Since I already had a sash, since it was a pair of pants I never wore because I didn't feel confident wearing them, I decided to keep it intact, as it would look nice under my top.*

✨ *Para la realización de este bello y fresco crop top, comence recortando por la parte de abajo un liston que seria empleado para los tirantes del mismo. Como ya tenia un fajin, pues en su tiempo fue un pantalón que nunca use porque no me sentia segura con el puesto, decidi mantenerlo intacto, pues se veria bonito en la parte de abajo de mi top.*

✨ *Then I proceeded to place an elastic right in the center of the chest, followed by a hem around the entire contour of the top, and then place an elastic inside.*

✨ *Luego procedi a colocar un elástico justo en el centro del pecho, seguido de un dobladillo por todo el contorno de la parte de arriba, para luego colocar un elastico por dentro.*

✨ *I took a safety pin to more easily pass the elastic through the contour of the upper part of my crop top, sealing at the end the small hole that had been left unsewn.*

✨ *Tome un imperdible para pasar con mas facilidad el elastico por el contorno de la parte alta de mi crop top, sellando al culminar el pequeño orificio que habia quedado sin coser.*

✨ *Finally, make the straps. To do this, place the ribbons folded in half and inside out, sew a straight stitch, and turn them right side out. Then, with a decorative stitch, I sewed both sides, giving them a more beautiful and unique finish. Finally, I joined them to the top with a straight stitch. Once they were placed facing down, I sewed them, then raised them and sewed them again, leaving the fabric allowance hidden.*

✨ *Por ultimo realice los tirantes, para ello coloque los listones doblados por la mitad y al reves, pase una costura recta y lo voltee al derecho. Seguido con una puntada decorativa pase a los dos laterales, dandole un acabado más bonito y unico.
Finalmente los uni al top con una puntada recta, donde los coloque hacia abajo pase costura y luego lo subi y volvi a pasar costura, quedando el margen de la tela oculto.*
