Hola hola comunidad 💕, ustedes no se imaginan cuánto tiempo llevo queriendo hacer lo que hoy les comparto en este post 🥺, y es que desde niña siempre me gustó dibujar ropa tanto así que llegué a jugar con muñecas de papel que hacías yo misma y a las que les hacía diferentes tipos de outfits, cuando comencé en el mundo de la costura sabía que inevitablemente en algún momento llegaría la ocasión de aprender a dibujar figurines, pues en ocasiones se necesitan plasmar las ideas que va produciendo tu cabeza, y aunque hace algunos años lo intenté por temas de tiempo no pude seguir practicando, ahora que ya estoy libre de la universidad finalmente puedo retomarlo y por eso se los muestro a continuación 💖.
Hello hello community 💕, you can't imagine how long I've been wanting to do what I share with you today in this post 🥺, and since I was a child I always liked drawing clothes so much that I got to play with paper dolls that I made myself and I made them different types of outfits, when I started in the world of sewing I knew that inevitably at some point would come the opportunity to learn to draw figurines, because sometimes you need to capture the ideas that your head is producing, and although some years ago I tried to do it because of time issues I couldn't keep practicing, now that I'm free from university I can finally take it up again and that's why I show you below 💖.
Sé que hay diversas técnicas para realizar figurines, sin embargo entre las que revisé la que más se repetía era la de 10 cabezas o 10 espacios, por lo que esa en concreto fue la que seguí. Básicamente la técnica consiste en dibujar una línea recta vertical que mida 20cm y hacer pequeñas marcas cada 2cm, de ésta forma obtendremos 10 espacios y un total de 11 marcas.
Como guía para comenzar a dibujar las partes del cuerpo, se harán 4 líneas horizontales que indicarán dónde dibujar *los hombros, la cintura, la cadera, las rodillas y los tobillos*, dichas líneas deben ir a ¼ del espacio 2, en la marca entre el espacio 3 y 4, entre el espacio 4 y 5, entre el espacio 7 y 8, y entre el espacio 9 y 10.
I know that there are several techniques to make figurines, but among the ones I checked the most repeated was the 10 heads or 10 spaces technique, so that's the one I followed. Basically the technique consists of drawing a straight vertical line measuring 20cm and making small marks every 2cm, in this way we will obtain 10 spaces and a total of 11 marks. Con estás guías lo que queda es hacer líneas que simulen la cintura y cadera, dibujar los brazos situando los codos a la altura de la cintura, los cuales se dibujan como pequeños picos o curvaturas; en éste caso “escondí” las manos hacía atrás porque es de las partes que más cuesta dibujar.
Las piernas las dibujé delgadas como un paréntesis alargado, y a las pantorrillas también les hice un pequeño relieve en la parte externa para simular el músculo que se encuentra allí. Los tobillos también los marque como pequeñas curvas, y los pies los dejé en forma de paletas.

La cabeza fue lo último que dibujé, primero hice un circulo que abarcara un poco más de la mitad del primer espacio y luego al remarcar en la parte inferior hice la forma de la quijada. Antes de marcar todo el borde con lapicero, di los últimos detalles que fueron las líneas de la clavícula y los senos.
Como no quería quedarme solo con el dibujo del figurín sin más nada, me aventure a hacer un diseño, así que luego de practicar haciendo otros 3 figurines, finalmente di con uno que me gustó (al que sí le dibujé una mano) y realicé un diseño sencillo de un vestido largo escote corazón con abertura de pierna, y lo pinté con marcadores.
The head was the last thing I drew, first I made a circle that covered a little more than half of the first space and then when reassembling at the bottom I made the shape of the jaw. Before marking the whole border with pencil, I made the last details which were the lines of the clavicle and the breasts. As I didn't want to be left with just the drawing of the figurine without anything else, I ventured to make a design, so after practicing making 3 other figurines, I finally found one that I liked (which I did draw a hand on) and I made a simple design of a long dress with a sweetheart neckline and leg opening, and I painted it with markers.

I was too happy doing this 🥺, I see it and I still can't believe I can finally practice something I've been wanting to do for a long time 🥺, I know I still need to practice a lot (because let's not even talk about how the hair looks 😂), but that's exactly what I want, to practice this thing I like so much 💖.
