Mi vida es una gran historia… ¡Tiene que ser un best-seller!” No es la primera vez. Y cada vez, sin excepción, siento el mismo vértigo, la misma chispa ardiente. Mi mente se activa, buscando las invisibles costuras de un relato. Porque sí, en el fondo, sé que cada vida es una gran historia. El verdadero desafío no es si el material existe, sino cómo transformarlo, cómo desenterrar, esa dimensión espiritual que revela lo que hace a cada ser humano extraordinario, incluso en lo cotidiano. Mi enfoque al sentarme a escribir sobre alguien no pretende el brillo superficial de hazañas dignas de película o héroes de capa y espada. Lo mío es más íntimo, profundo: encontrar la épica en lo mundano, en esas batallas internas que, a menudo, son las que verdaderamente forjan el alma. Escribir sobre una vida es un acto de alquimia. Es tomar lo que, a primera vista, podría parecer ordinario y, con paciencia, descubrir el oro en las motivaciones más profundas, en los anhelos, en esos momentos de quiebre y, sobre todo, de redención. Para mí, la espiritualidad en este contexto no se limita a dogmas o rituales; es la búsqueda incesante de sentido, de propósito, la conexión con algo trascendente que todos llevamos dentro, incluso cuando no sabemos cómo nombrarla. Es la fuerza silenciosa que impulsa a seguir, a crecer.

Busco los momentos en que el espíritu se alzó, cuando la persona eligió seguir adelante a pesar de la duda o el dolor, cuando encontró un propósito profundo en lo que, a primera vista, parecía insignificante. La espiritualidad, en este contexto de la escritura de vida, es esa conexión con algo más grande: sea el universo, la comunidad, los demás, o la propia e inquebrantable esencia del ser. Escribir un best-seller sobre la vida de alguien no es contar sus eventos, sino iluminar cómo su viaje contamina al posible lector. Todos tenemos batallas silenciosas, momentos de coraje que nadie aplaude, pasiones que escondemos por miedo a ser juzgados, y esa búsqueda incansable de un sentido que nos trascienda. Cuando alguien se acerca y me pide que escriba sobre ellos, en el fondo me está pidiendo que les ayude a ver su propia grandeza y, al hacerlo, la comparta con el mundo para que otros también se reconozcan en ella. The real challenge is not whether the material exists, but how to transform it, how to unearth that spiritual dimension that reveals what makes each human being extraordinary, even in the everyday. My approach when I sit down to write about someone doesn't seek the superficial brilliance of movie-worthy feats or swashbuckling heroes. My approach is more intimate, profound: finding the epic in the mundane, in those internal battles that are often what truly forge the soul. Writing about a life is an act of alchemy. It's taking what, at first glance, might seem ordinary and, with patience, discovering the gold in the deepest motivations, in the yearnings, in those moments of breakdown and, above all, of redemption. For me, spirituality in this context isn't limited to dogma or rituals; It's the relentless search for meaning, for purpose, for a connection to something transcendent that we all carry within, even when we don't know how to name it. It's the silent force that drives us to continue, to grow.
