**Elena y Teresa** eran dos hermanas muy unidas, se llevaban un año de diferencia, su madre las adoraban y consentían mucho sobre todo a Teresa, ya que era la menor. Su madre era soltera y siempre trato de darles lo mejor de enseñarles valores sobre todo unión. Elena siempre fue hábil y muy inteligente y Teresa a pesar de ser la menor siempre la superaba en todo. >_Elena and Teresa were two very close sisters, they had a year of differences, their mother adored them and spoiled them a lot, especially Teresa, since she was the youngest. Their mother was single and always tried to give them the best and teach them values especially union. Elena was always skillful and very intelligent and Teresa, despite being the youngest, always surpassed her in everything_.

Ellas tenían una peluquería, ya que su madre también se dedicaba a eso, pero producto de una enfermedad llamada artritis dejo de trabajar, así que ellas eran las encargadas del negocio familiar, les iba muy bien, tenían muchos clientes y cada vez ellas trababan de superarse y actualizarse en su especialidad. Siempre a final de mes dividían las ganancias en partes iguales. > _They had a hairdressing salon, since their mother was also dedicated to that, but due to an illness called arthritis she stopped working, so they were in charge of the family business, and they were doing very well, they had many customers and each time they tried to improve and update themselves in their specialty. Always at the end of the month they divided the profits in equal parts._ Siempre estaban juntas se ayudaban una a la otra, en fin hacían un buen equipo y todo marchaba bien. Un día llegó una linda chica a la peluquería solicitando trabajo, sabía mucho de cortes, secados, tintes y cejas, así que la contrataron, porque de verdad necesitaban ayuda, ya que siempre estaban ocupadas y tenían muchos clientes. > _They were always together and helped each other, they made a good team and everything went well. One day a girl came in asking for a job, she knew a lot about cutting, blow-drying and eyebrows, so they hired her because they really needed help since they were always busy and had a lot of clients_.

Todo marchaba bien hasta que un día notaron que las cuentas no cuadraban, faltaba dinero y se reunieron para discutirlo entre las tres. Se sintieron muy ofendidos. Empezaron a discutir y a desconfiar una de la otra cosa que nunca había pasado, su afecto y unión se desvaneció en ese momento y decidieron separarse. Elena se fue molesta y se fue a vivir a otra cuidad. > _Everything was going well until one day they noticed that the accounts did not add up, money was missing and they met to discuss it among the three of them. They felt very offended. They began to argue and to distrust each other, something that had never happened before, their affection and union faded at that moment and they decided to separate. Elena left upset and traveled to another city_.

Teresa quedó con su ayudante trabajando en la peluquería y se sentía muy triste y abatida, extrañaba a su hermana, pero era tan orgullosa que nunca la busco. Paso un tiempo y su madre desmejoro de salud, la hospitalizaron de emergencia. Teresa estaba sola con ella y cuando Elena se enteró se fue rápidamente al hospital, entro al la habitación y su madre les dijo a las dos que aclararán las cosas. Les pidió que reconocieran sus errores y dejaran atrás el rencor, porque ella no les enseño a tener ese tipo de actitud. Luego de unos minutos las dos hermanas se disculparon y con lágrimas en los ojos se abrazaron además que se prometieron no reñir más. Decidieron volver a trabajar juntos. > _Teresa stayed with her assistant working in the hairdresser's shop and felt very sad and dejected, she missed her sister, but she was so proud that she never looked for her. Some time passed and her mother's health deteriorated, and she was hospitalized as an emergency. Teresa was alone with her and when Elena found out she rushed to the hospital, entered the room and her mother told them both to clear things up. She asked them to recognize their mistakes and leave the resentment behind, because she did not teach them to have that kind of attitude_. > _After a few minutes the two sisters apologized and tearfully hugged each other and promised not to fight anymore. They decided to work together again_.

Vivir desde el rencor es un sentimiento negativo que nos amarga la existencia, nos quita energías y nos impide a vivir plenamente. Lo último que queremos en esas situaciones es perdonar, aunque no sea tan fácil practicar es de sabios, ya que nos ayuda sanar heridas, a vivir con más libertad y tranquilidad sin tener que sentirse atado a un mal sentimiento que nos impide ser felices, fortalecidos y llevar una vida sana. > _Living with resentment is a negative feeling that embitters our existence, takes away our energy and prevents us from living fully. The last thing we want in these situations is to forgive, although it is not so easy to practice it is wise, because it helps us to heal wounds, to live with more freedom and tranquility without having to feel tied to a bad feeling that prevents us from being happy and lead a healthy life._

Personalmente me siento agradecida, porque tengo el don de perdonar, no soy una persona rencorosa ni mucho menos amargada, a pesar que algunas personas me han pagado mal, siento paz en mi corazón y así he que podido seguir adelante, dejar atrás el pasado y recuperar la alegría de vivir. > _Personally I feel grateful, because I have the gift of forgiveness, I am not a bitter person, even though some people have repaid me badly, I feel peace in my heart and so I have been able to move forward, leave the past behind and regain the joy of living_.
