Hello Yellow Day! Wow, it sounds so cheerful when you mention Yellow Day. Like a bright, cheerful day, right? Is that really what yellow is used for? But not really, sometimes there are death commemorations that use the yellow flag symbol. But, by the way, for some reason these past few days I've been seeing a lot of yellow around me. And how coincidentally did I see a prompt in this asea hive community community. Isn't that a good sign? I have a food vlogger idol named Ria Sw, who always carries a cute yellow duck doll named CURUT everywhere. Then, when I went to the mall and entered a souvenir shop, I saw a doll that looked like Curut, but a bit bigger. He was so cute. Why did his face look angry? I took a picture of him because besides being a Ria fan, I'm also a Curut fan. Lol. --- ![IMG_20251027_152007.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/EoH1LzvVUa7Z9WpwjgkASViccwb6NT3RJgVEW9d4z5gxRtqMbKuHx32HfYvujGYPdbo.jpg) --- Then the next yellow thing, I found while running... there was a cute flower on the shore of Situ Gintung Lake. A very sturdy-looking yellow flower. At first, of course, I didn't know its name, so I asked for help on a search engine. Locally, it's called a banana flower. It does resemble a banana, even its leaves. But its Latin or scientific name is HELICONIA PSITTACORUM. Beautiful, isn't it? I think I want to make this heliconia a floral version of me. Is that okay? Hey, but my previous floral spirit was Gladiola. Just as cool. --- ![IMG_20251027_151938.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23vsUkuixKd1sW3tj7XPmpJ3LC4ADp32VzQD3fnyuyJQH4d2gN3fMXmuYoUgTkQnorh8S.jpg) ![IMG_20251027_151953.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23w2qC6iKkJ74vwz5YwPLioUpSF1JDWsdsE1CXK6MzRRXJNiPL2d9eCbrN1YPhi27mvRq.jpg) --- Still on the running track, the next yellow is a wilted cassava leaf. Ah, this is what I love about our sensitivity to nature. Sometimes we miss many details because we're busy looking at the broader landscape. It's not a perfect yellow yet, with thin green streaks, but wouldn't someone still name it... yellow? --- ![IMG20251025164732.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23ynWt7cQnzZJfxRXcuLhWDEZA64PesvSJn8QFt5yABWp7aD9dWTVEmXyKtbygc2wwMXT.jpg) ![IMG20251025164722.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23uQrpWFDMfu16wS5hbcq4LJPSDXUNBg8TGZuwdy8RMxfZh2ziwGTAAKH2t4M98KjgJr3.jpg) --- Oh, there's the last yellow I picked in the same place. It's an ornamental plant called Croton. Its scientific name is Codiaeum Variegatum. What's unique about this plant is its transforming leaf colors. Green and yellow alternate according to the destiny of its creator. Sometimes, seeing amazing things like this can make us more aware of how beautiful, detailed, and perfect God's creation is. ---- ![IMG_20251027_151920.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23xL4gg5KjaXuodyLmAXD5uHeqiu1QnELxfNFzT4W7EukhPtfznuawctDtra8MLszm4Fi.jpg) --- What do you think? Do you prefer the yellow color in the pictures above? Thank you for reading. Have a wonderful day. ---
