One morning, I noticed a white spot on a palm tree in my yard. It made me curious, so I went closer to see what it was. Oh my! A white crab spider was there in silence. That was not where it should have been if it had been hunting for prey. A white crab spider is commonly camouflaged among flowers that match its body. Its white body contrasted sharply with the green of the palm leaves; it was easy for anyone to spot it. However, I had no right to teach it how to hunt for prey; of course, it had its reasons for being there, and it did not have to tell me.
