Monomad: Paper Wasp Builds the Nest

A few days ago, I found a paper wasp on the nest. It was a small nest with only two holes; it was not even halfway done. I believe she is building a much larger nest with numerous hexagonal holes to lay her eggs. She needs to gather more wood fibers to finish the nest. I only clicked once that day before leaving her.

The paper wasp was still there when I returned yesterday to check on the work progress. This time, the nest has five holes. She is working hard alone to build it. I don't know how many more holes are needed to complete the nest.
