A friend deliberately pranked me while we were walking in the hills of Lhok Guci. Just then, he took out a machete from his backpack. I thought he was going to clear the bushes on the side of the path we were on. Then he stopped for a moment and with a serious expression warned me, "Be careful! There are often robberies here. We must be prepared for all the worst possibilities if we meet them."
I was shocked to hear about the robbers. "Really? I never knew about a robbery here. If it had happened, I would have known about it from the newspapers, or someone would have warned us before coming here," I said gravely.
After a while, he shouted pointing at the grass, "Look at that! Someone appears there. Yes, there's a robber!"
I suddenly panicked and rushed to pick up a piece of wood to prepare for the worst. But...Oh shit! Apparently what the robber meant was just a fly. Yes, that was the robber fly perched on the grass!
