Monomad: Two Little Gossipers

I found two other sweat bees last Sunday. They were enjoying their afternoon perched on a weed stem. Their faces were cheerful as usual, sipping nectar and chatting happily. It was just them, no one else around. Sometimes one would rub its eyes; another would wipe its mouth with its leg. They seemed calm, oblivious to their surroundings. Occasionally, the other would shake its head, making me wonder what they were discussing. But I was just a stranger; it wasn't my place to interfere. So I simply observed.
