Photographic Reflections

Hello dear Black and White community,

Since I was little, I saw the indifference of people toward each other, the divisions, the lack of empathy. I always fought against it; it angered me. I have always offered a helping hand.

Now that I have this power to photograph, I only try to capture that feeling, to show what I see and feel with my eyes: the indifference we sometimes normalize as we grow, witnessing it in everyday life.

Before, I thought writing a long text to show my photos was necessary, but now I prefer that they speak for themselves.

I only say: help your neighbor, the one in need. Help the grandfather cross the street, help the one who asks for a moment to get something to eat, help that mother with her children, who has no choice but to go out and sell candies to feed her babies.

To fill the soul. Let us start in this rotten world by giving love, and we will receive love.

Reflexiones Fotográficas

Hola querida comunidad en Blanco y Negro,

Desde pequeño vi la indiferencia de la gente entre las personas, las divisiones, la falta de empatía. Siempre luché contra eso; me indignaba. Siempre he dado la mano.

Ahora que tengo este poder de fotografiar, solo trato de retratar ese sentir, mostrar lo que veo y siento con mis ojos: la indiferencia que a veces normalizamos al crecer, viendo eso en el día a día.

Antes pensaba que escribir un súper texto para mostrar mis fotos era necesario, pero ahora prefiero que ellas hablen solas.

Solo les digo: ayuden al prójimo, al que lo necesita. Al abuelo a cruzar la pista, al que te pide unos momentos para llevarse algo a la boca, a esa madre con sus hijos que no le queda más que salir a vender unos caramelos para poder alimentar a sus bebés.

A llenar el alma. Empecemos en este mundo tan podrido a entregar amor y recibiremos amor.
