Our lovely bride and groom, Neda and Ramin, really wanted a location that felt different and unique. Since we live in a small town, it was important to them that their wedding photos and video had a distinct and memorable style. So we arranged a beautiful estate in another city, one with a large courtyard and multiple areas for photography, both indoors and outdoors.
The estate features a stunning spiral staircase, designed exactly for shoots like this. The curve of the stairs, the elegant white walls, and the floral decorations allowed us to capture intimate, romantic moments. I focused on both wide shots to show the architecture and tight frames to highlight their expressions and connection.
We also explored the outdoor spaces, where the light was softer under the trees, and the elegant structure of the building gave us beautiful shadows and reflections, especially by the pool. From playful gestures to calm, emotional moments, the chemistry between them made every frame alive.
As with every shoot, there were small challenges. Managing the long train of the dress on the stairs, working with shifting light between indoors and outdoors, and keeping the energy up through a long day of shooting — but it was all worth it. Their patience and trust made it easy for me to move between ideas and adjust poses.
We took a lot of photos during this session and I’ve only had time to select a few to share here. I’ll definitely be posting more soon because some of the upcoming sets are truly magical.
As a female photographer, capturing these moments on a couple’s most important day means more to me than I can explain. There’s something so special about being trusted to preserve their memories. Maybe because I’m a woman, I understand the emotions behind the gestures and the meaning in the little looks. I always do my best to make them feel comfortable and to turn their story into timeless images.
