***English Version*** ### **Walking in the Andes** I am a guy who likes adventures, I enjoy discovering new landscapes, and learning about the different cultures that surround us, this is how several days ago I undertook a walk of more than 40 km that allowed me to enjoy the most beautiful Andean landscapes of the state of Tachira, it was a route through the mountains, where I could admire beautiful streams of water, numerous cliffs, several bridges and various scenarios that are typical of this Venezuelan region. This tour was a purely photographic journey, where I had the opportunity to capture hundreds of images, opportunities to capture hundreds of images and of course I could not miss the opportunity to generate a series entirely in black and white, making a varied use of contrast, which allowed me an adequate lighting that was able to fully convey all the mystery and beauty of a region whose history dates back thousands of years. >***Versión en Español*** >### **Caminando por los Andes** > Yo soy un chico al cual le gustan las aventuras, disfruto descubriendo nuevos paisajes, y aprendiendo sobre las diversas culturas que nos rodean, es de esta forma como hace varios días emprendí una caminata de más de 40 km que me permitió gozar de los más lindos paisajes andinos del estado Táchira, se trató de una ruta entre las montañas, en donde pude admirar lindos caudales de agua, numerosos riscos, varios puentes y diversos escenarios que son típicos de esta región venezolana. Este recorrido fue un paseo netamente fotográfico, en donde tuve la oportunidad de capturar centenares de imágenes, oportunidades de capturar centenares de imágenes y por supuesto no podía perder la oportunidad de generar una serie totalmente en blanco y negro, haciendo un uso variado del contraste, lo cual me permitió una iluminación adecuada que fue capaz de transmitir a plenitud todo el misterio y la belleza de una región cuya historia se remonta a miles de años.       The section of the route that today I have the opportunity to present consists of a portion of the Local 3 road that starts from the city of La Fria to the city of La Grita, is a fully paved road that runs through an intricate and mountainous space, but at the same time is adapting to its environment, therefore, we can find multiple slopes, many descents and a snake route that will show us multiple angles of the same scenary. >El tramo de la ruta que hoy tengo la oportunidad de presentarles consiste en una porción de la carretera Local 3 que parte desde la ciudad de La Fría hasta la ciudad de La Grita, es una vía totalmente pavimentada que discurre a través de un espacio intrincado y montañoso, pero que al mismo tiempo se va adaptando a su entorno, por lo tanto, podemos encontrarnos con múltiples inclinaciones, muchas bajadas y un recorrido serpiente que nos va mostrando múltiples ángulos de un mismo escenario.     The imposing and magic of this place is very deep, but it is also an area where nature combines perfectly with the creative hand of man, generating as a result that we can enjoy some very nice and interesting contrasts, therefore, it is easy to come across villages nestled in the mountains whose urban environment is characterized by abundant trees, a pleasant climate and perfect views, which generates a great sense of attraction and pushes us to live a deep feeling of peace and harmony, where the breeze and the cold accompany us at all times, while the fog is always present as a ghost that seeks to generate chills. >La imponencia y la magia de este lugar es muy profunda, pero también se trata de un área en donde la naturaleza se combina perfectamente con la mano creadora del hombre, genera como resultado que podamos disfrutar de unos contrastes muy lindos e interesantes, por lo tanto, es fácil toparnos con pueblos enclavados en las montañas cuyo entorno urbano se caracteriza por contar con abundantes árboles, un clima agradable y unas vistas perfectas, lo cual genera una gran sensación de atracción y nos empuja a vivir un profundo sentimiento de paz y armonía, en donde la brisa y el frío nos acompañan en todo momento, mientras que la neblina siempre se hace presente como un fantasma que busca generar los escalofríos.     In general the Venezuelan roads are usually very nice, but these stretches that arise the Andes have a very particular charm, For me it was a great experience to have traveled these kilometers, as it allowed me to know a little more to the people who avoid, I could live the most of the mountainous landscapes of the state of Tachira and at the same time I had the incredible opportunity to generate a photographic record that is simply impressive, Without a doubt when I have the opportunity I will do this hike again to discover those aspects that were overlooked in this one, also as it is a natural environment it always gives us surprises and variants that are really amazing. >En general las carreteras venezolanas suelen ser muy lindas, pero estos tramos que surjan los Andes tienen un encanto muy particular, Para mí fue una gran experiencia haber recorrido estos kilómetros, ya que me permitió conocer un poco más a la gente que evita, pude vivir al máximo los paisajes montañosos del estado Táchira y al mismo tiempo tuve la increíble oportunidad de generar un registro fotográfico que es sencillamente impresionante, sin duda alguna cuando tenga la oportunidad volveré a hacer esta caminata para de esta manera descubrir aquellos aspectos que en esta se pasaron por alto, además como se trata de un entorno natural este siempre nos regala sorpresas y variantes que son realmente asombrosas.
