Taking street photos in a town like mine can't be exempt from "people carrying water on almost every street", and here, in the 21st century, there are a lot of houses that don't have water through the pipes... 🤷♂
Hacer fotos callejeras en un pueblo como el mío, no puede estas exento de "personas acarreando agua en casi todas las calles", y es que aquí, en pleno siglo XXI, hay un montón de casas a las cuales no llega el agua por las tuberías... 🤷♂

Can you imagine seeing this scene and not having my camera? I'd faint! 😂... It's a street full of harsh lights and chaotic shadows, some backlighting, a tricycle loaded with junk, and a child appearing out of nowhere with a mischievous face...
¿Se imaginan ver esta escena y no llevar mi cámara?... ¡Me desmayaría! 😂... Es una calle repleta de luces duras y sombras caóticas, algunos contraluces, un triciclo cargado con trastes y un niño apareciendo de la nada con cara de picardía...

And speaking of tricycles, they've been everywhere these days. People are making them from old delivery bikes... And they're always great for a photo! 😀📷
Y hablando de triciclos, últimamente están por todas partes. Las personas los fabrican improvisadamente a partir de viejas bicicletas de reparto... ¡Y siempre son buenos para hacerles una foto! 😀📷

Call me crazy if you want, but whenever I see "Romeo," Lina's friendly dog, I get the feeling he's holding his breath. In fact, I jokingly tell Lina: "Hey, your dog Romeo must be a robot, he never seems to be breathing!" 😂
Llámenme loco si quieren, pero siempre que veo a "Romeo", el simpático perro de Lina, tengo la sensación de que él está aguantando su respiración. De hecho, en tono de broma, me gusta decirle a Lina: ¡Hey, tu perro Romeo, ha de ser un robot, nunca parece estar respirando! 😂

That "vegetable kiosk street" is impossible to walk down without seeing a photo of it happening there!... Look at this one in particular: The sign, a car tire for sale, a guy passing by on his old bicycle and carrying a large sack with who knows what things, some bananas visible under the cyclist's arm... Quite charming and it happens all the time!
¡Esa "calle del quiosco de verduras" es imposible de transitar sin que halla una foto allí ocurriendo!... Miren esta en particular: El letrero, una llanta de auto en venta, un tío pasando en su vieja bicicleta y llevando un gran saco con quien sabe qué cosas, algunos plátanos visibles bajo el brazo del ciclista... ¡Todo un encanto y sucede a cada rato!

A chair, a table, a mirror on the wall, an electric grinder, a bottle cut into a funnel, fuel cans, a hand-operated crane... I have no idea what they're doing in that place! I'll have to go back and investigate later... 😂
Una silla, una mesa, un espejo en la pared, un esmeril eléctrico, una botella cortada como embudo, bidones con combustible, una grúa manual... ¡No tengo idea de que cosa hacen en ese lugar!... Tendré que volver a pasar e indagar después... 😂

I've seen this scene for over 45 years... This is happening just a few blocks from my house. It's Elvin, my childhood friend, helping his mother keep their street clear of weeds...
He visto esta escena desde hace más de 45 años... Esto sucede a pocas calles de mi casa. Es Elvin, mi amigo de la infancia, ayudando a su madre a mantener su calle libre de malezas...

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7
NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape v3.7
