Hello, friends. How are you?
There is a sublime power in the gaze. I'm not superstitious, but I believe that when someone stares at me, it's as if they are calling me. That's what my grandfather, a wise man, used to say. The thing is, when I take a portrait and see that gaze that captivates me, it makes me really happy. Today I want to share with you a series I did a few days ago: street portraits in which the gaze of the subjects captivated my heart. I'll just show you the photos without any text so you can interpret or imagine what these people might be thinking. Here they are.

Hay una fuerza en la mirada que es sublime. No soy supersticioso, pero creo que, si alguien me mira fijamente, es como si me llamara. Eso decía mi abuelo, un hombre sabio. El caso es que, cuando hago un retrato y veo esa mirada que me cautiva, me hace realmente feliz. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una serie que hice hace unos días: retratos de calle en los que la mirada de los protagonistas cautivó mi corazón. Me limitaré a mostrarles solo fotos sin texto para que puedan interpretar o imaginar qué estarían pensando estas personas. Aquí les va.
