Monomad: First communion in black and white [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

There are moments or events that, if that's what you want to call them, are worth capturing and keeping for the memory. This time I was the photographer at a first communion that took place in a church quite close to where I live, so I hope you enjoy these pictures.

Hay momentos o eventos que, si así los desean llamar, valen la pena de capturar y guardar para el recuerdo. En esta oportunidad fui fotógrafo en una primera comunión que se llevó a cabo en una iglesia bastante cercana a donde vivo, por lo que espero que disfruten de estas fotografías.

My cousin was making his first communion and I was in charge of taking the pictures, but in the process I also took some pictures of moments that caught my attention, like the happiness of some people, the moment when the father gave thanks and also when everyone lined up to receive the moment of their communion.

Mi primo estaba haciendo su primera comunión y yo era el encargado de hacer las fotografías, pero en el proceso también hice algunas fotos de momentos que me llamaron la atención, como la felicidad de algunos, el momento en que el padre daba agradecimientos y también cuando todos hacían fila para recibir el momento de su comunión.

The events where families are reunited are always very emotional and I could even say that they are good moments to reflect too, that's why I'm happy with these photographs. Beyond taking a simple photo, it is capturing experiences, emotions and experiences.

Los eventos donde las familias están reunidas siempre son muy emotivos y hasta podría decir que buenos momentos para reflexionar también, por eso estoy contento con estas fotografías. Más allá de hacer una simple foto, es capturar experiencias, emociones y vivencias.
