Monomad: National skateboard competition #1 [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy Tuesday to all dear friends of the community and lovers of black and white photography, how are you today? I'm still not fully recovered from the cold I had a couple of days ago, but I'm already a little better. I took advantage of the fact that yesterday I felt well enough to go to an event at the skatepark to take some pictures of the skaters, I hope you enjoy them.

Feliz martes para todos los queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro, ¿cómo se encuentran el día de hoy? Yo todavía no me recupero del todo del resfriado de hace un par de días, pero ya estoy un poco mejor. Aproveché que el día de ayer me sentí lo suficientemente bien para ir a un evento en el skatepark para hacer algunas fotografías a los skaters, espero que las disfruten.

This park was inaugurated relatively recently, I had already shared with you some pictures of this place some time ago, but yesterday a national event was being held with different participants from different parts of Venezuela and without a doubt this made the competition very competitive.

Este parque fue inaugurado relativamente hace poco, ya les había compartido algunas fotografías en este lugar hace tiempo ya, pero el día de ayer se estaba celebrando un evento nacional que contó con distintos participantes de distintos lugares de Venezuela y sin duda esto hizo que la competitividad fuese grande.

Obviously, these photographs were taken from a certain distance, so for the final result I had to make several close-ups to highlight the protagonists a little more. As there were many people, I thought that the color photographs looked a bit noisy, so I thought it would be better if the final result was in black and white, which would make them stand out more.

Evidentemente, estas fotografías las hice desde una cierta distancia, por lo cual para el resultado final tuve que hacer varios acercamientos para destacar un poco más a los protagonistas. Al haber muchas personas, me parecía que las fotografías a color se veían un poco ruidosas, por eso me parecía que lo mejor era que el resultado final fuese en blanco y negro, a lo cual iban a destacar más.
