Julley Everyone,
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.
Made it all the way to this beautiful Wonderland somewhere around 500 km Street to drive with a lot of adventures and a lot of stories that I made all my throughout the journey and reached the outskirts of the Ladakh region.
The place just felt so different, so different from the normal vegetation as all that I could see these mountains that were not formed by the normal soil also, but they were the mountains of the sand as it was the cold, himalayan desert, and my friends few of the mountain peaks, they were just covered with a thick blanket of snow And this place. It was quite high altitude place somewhere more than 5000 m above the sea level.
No vegetations, or I would say the number of countless trees that I can count were very few as due to the high altitude place in Harsh climatic conditions and the place being covered with thick blanket of snow for more than half the time of the year that makes beautiful magical Wonderland so unique in it was the land beyond the Himalayas as the Himalayas just end up and it was the other side of that and it was the cold himalayan desert, my friends. The higher himalayan mountains that this blocks the clouds from entering to this place and this place, then that’s no very little rainfall and the snow that it just comes, it’s quite rare and the snow. My friend carries very little precipitation. No water at all, it is just like the cotton so dry in itself.
And this was the road to the outskirts of Ladakh. I was not sure about the way I was headed to all that I had in my mind work this beautiful mountains and capturing and enjoying the moment to the fullest, so I was just driving by taking these photographs and now sharing it in this community and I have edited them in a monochromatic theme so that I could share it in this community and still my friend. The photos. This came out to be so beautiful, and I can’t even distinguish about the different elements of nature all together in even when the frame being black and white.
Here is a quick glimpse of the town of the city I would say as hardly. I saw very few houses and the worst magical Wonderland from far away that these mountains followed by the blue sky with the clouds.
At certain points, how amazed to see that how the road was constructed nearby as literally at certain points, it was the mountain that was just chopped off in order to form the road as you can see in the photograph that I have shared over here.
The place close to Tibet having the influence of the Tibetan culture that is presented few of the Stupa, which was just right next to the road, lot of monastery, nearby and place. It was so peaceful altogether in itself.
I went it around the place for quite awhile captured as many photographs, as are good so that even you guys could experience such beautiful moments from the hidden Himalayas.
The place being so dry and altogether with a cool breeze and cold climatic conditions even in the summer season and I would compare it and comparing it to the climatic conditions that was so harsh as I have seen photographs of the Mars or so.
At certain point, the place even was giving the vibes of Las Vegas too sounded kind of funny, but my friends exactly at certain points. It was that literally was a desert followed by certain planes nearby altogether right next to the valley.
The Tibetan Stupa.
The vast Sand grounds
This was the place from where I could just see miles in miles away. There was the sand ground that was just formed up and it was nearly more than miles distance, and I just decided to sit here for a while and capture these photographs and just wonder around and see the beauty of the nature together, taking photographs in different perspectives and capturing the hidden beauty of the Himalayas. My friends I have captured all of these photographs using my Apple iPhone 12 and edited them using iPhone photo, editor.
Do let me know my friends, what are the photographs of the part of my adventure that you like the most in the comment section, and I would love to hear it from you.
So that’s all for today, guys, I hope you liked it. Thanks for your precious time. 🙏 Love from the Himalayas. ♥️
