Ecos de ciudad: el ruido

# La adaptación Resulta extraño adaptarse a nuevos espacios, personas y escuchar nuevos ecos, muchos más cuando se viene de vivir por muchos años en una ciudad bastante tranquila, con pocas personas y muy poco desarrollada.  Vivir en una gran ciudad como Buenos Aires requiere de un cambio general, no solo de adaptación desde aprender a dormir con el ruido constante de autos, sino de respirar un aire con diferentes olores que no es el aroma del mar. Es una ciudad que nunca descansa, porque de manera constante todo se mantiene en movimiento. Vivir en el centro de la ciudad tiene sus ventajas porque todo queda muy cerca y se tiene acceso a todo de forma fácil, pero el precio a nivel de tranquilidad es elevado.  Hace poco, en una conversación muy interesante, una persona me decía que vivir en esta gran ciudad requería cambiar de actitud, porque todos están en la búsqueda de ganar tiempo y siempre están en una competencia para ganar más dinero, lo que los mantiene agotados. He podido conocer a personas muy, amables que, pese a la forma veloz en que se mueve la ciudad, han sacado tiempo para explicarme algunas cosas. Por ello siempre estaré agradecida.  Despierto todos los días, dando gracias por la oportunidad, por permitirme estar bien y avanzando, aunque en ocasiones puedo llegar a pensar que me estanco, pero en realidad todo va muy rápido. He tenido que aprender a volver a mirar una misma situación muchas veces, porque no entiendo algunas cosas debido a la cultura, pero voy paso a paso y respetando el entorno en el cual me encuentro.  En esta publicación de Ecos de ciudad, la dedico a todas aquellas personas que han tenido que emigrar dejando todo atrás y que con voluntad y fortaleza aprenden todos los días. Hoy más que nunca los entiendo y los veo con más respeto que antes, porque sé lo que han atravesado y lo que nos toca vivir cuando estamos en un país diferente al nuestro. Living in a big city like Buenos Aires requires a general change, not only adapting to learning to sleep with the constant noise of cars, but also breathing air with different scents that aren't the scent of the sea. It's a city that never rests, because everything is constantly in motion. Living in the city center has its advantages because everything is very close and easily accessible, but it comes at a high price in terms of tranquility. Recently, in a very interesting conversation, someone told me that living in this big city requires a change of attitude, because everyone is trying to save time and is always competing to earn more money, which keeps them exhausted. I've been able to meet very kind people who, despite the fast-paced nature of the city, have taken the time to explain things to me. For that, I will always be grateful. I wake up every day, giving thanks for the opportunity, for allowing me to be well and moving forward, even though sometimes I may think I'm stuck, but in reality, everything is moving very quickly. I've had to learn to revisit the same situation many times because I don't understand some things due to the culture, but I take it step by step, respecting the environment I find myself in. In this post for City Echoes, I dedicate it to all those people who have had to emigrate, leaving everything behind, and who, with willpower and strength, learn every day. Today, more than ever, I understand them and view them with more respect than before, because I know what they've been through and what we have to endure when we are in a country different from our own.
