“A leader is better when people barely know that it exists; When your work is done, your goal is fulfilled, we will say: we did it ourselves."

Welcome to my blog. Today we have a very interesting topic that I am going to talk about, and it is the leadership.
The concept of leadership tells us that it is the ability to influence or motivate a group of people towards an objective or a common goal, understanding that a leader is a person who inspires, who organizes and facilitates teamwork, in addition to leading to your team making all people motivated to get that goal or that end in common.
Starting from this concept and this idea, I want to tell you about the different alleged leaders we have in the country.
We have different personalities at the political level in which, in recent years, many people in Venezuela have put their trust.
They are alleged people who, according to what they say and according to what they have proposed, will make us evolve in time and have a better country.
Among them, we have people like María Corina Machado, who has been with his proposal that we are going to fight until the end and has had us hopeful for a long time.
We all know the result of their proposals and what he did until the end. The time of delivery of the president's mandate has arrived at the end, and we continue to have the same situation.
And the same thing that happens with her, goes through the different political leaders and leaders of organizations.
They are people who have leadership, but who use it in their own way and for their own intentions, which are generally for their personal benefit and do not involve the benefit of all people or all people who are letting themselves guide and motivate them .
So, in this case, we have the example of a leadership that is toxic, which is not positive for people, because it creates false expectations to people, and people end up depressed and disappointed in that leadership.
So, I point out this only to highlight the importance of what it is to have a good leader and to be a good leader: to be a person who keeps his group motivated and who works based on common well -being, that people feel that they get Their goals, that they are having a purpose and that they are achieving those purposes and each of the things that have as goals in their life, on a personal and group level.
To continue advancing in this publication, I set out to make an analogy of a colony of ants with what leadership is, because, simply, ants are a very fascinating example of natural leadership.
They do not have a leader in a traditional way, such as saying the boss or the leader of the ants, but they have an organization system that consists of teamwork and consists of collective decision making.

So, let's say that this, about ants colonies, is a collective leadership, which is a very interesting figure.
Look at the following: the ants have a queen, which becomes what is the symbol of what leadership is.
She is the one who puts the eggs, which makes, then, the entire colony of ants grow, and it is, as, the fundamental axis of the entire colony, because it depends on that there are groups of workers and that there is enough amount of ants and that the colony grows.
Then, its main function is to ensure the continuity and well -being of the entire ants colony. So, therefore, the queen ant would be like the group's leader or the group's leader.
Secondly, we have workers' ants.
The workers' ants do not have a boss or a leader who is indicating what they have to do, or where they have to take the larvae, or where they have to take the seeds, and when they have to protect the anthill, or none of this .
They have distributed leadership, where each of them puts some of their common well -being skills.
This, for example: the workers, some are in charge of taking the seeds where the fungus is, others are responsible for cultivating and cutting the fungus, others are responsible for exploring the areas (they are explorers).
Then, each of them assumes a responsibility or assumes a task, depending on what is what the colony is needed at the time.
Well, if the colony is being attacked at the time and needs the ants to protect the queen, all the ant, in a collective mentality, in a collective leadership, they go and protect the queen enclosure from danger.
And if we go to the human aspect, it would be for these humans to be empowered so that each of them could make decisions and to be autonomous in each of the decisions they make to work based on the well -being of the group.
Making the analogy with the ant, because humans would be working with the motivation and goal objectives of the group.
Another important point is that of communication.

Ants communicate by pheromones. They transmit the information where the seed is, where is the danger, what is the path they must follow to get to where that carrot matita is, where is that seed that they need to collect.
Then, they leave their pheromones, and they all go there.
Humans, truth, effective communication is equally important, because the leader has to take care that each of the people who are part of his team have the information they need and the necessary information that will lead them to the goal, to the goal they want.
Then, in this sense, because the analogy goes with the colony of ants.
Another point in favor of ants is the resilience and the ability to adapt.
Look, if a part of a anthill suffers damage or destroyed, all ants come together to repair all that missing part and make the tunnels again and make the walks and put everything.
The same goes for when food is exhausted, when they are going through a difficult attack or period.
So, they are able to adapt, right? And in this sense, human leaders have to learn from ants
And here, this is something that currently need the current leaders, politicians of Venezuela and the world.
We have to understand that, to conclude, what ants teach us about leadership is not that we have a queen ant or an authoritarian figure that decides and gives orders and that tells us what we have to do, but that leadership Rather, it is based on a collective, where each person contributes their ideas, with their knowledge, with their skills, as the ants do.
And then, we will be able to see that a good leader, both in nature and in society, is that person who motivates and drives everyone to collaborate, to the fact that people are communicated, to be flexible and capable of adapting to any situation, and that allow each of its members to advance towards their personal goals and the goals in common that exist.
And well, this is all that I have to say about leadership, and I hope you enjoyed this brief analogy that I have written to you today.
