
Hii Hive Runners,
In the previous post, the community and I had completed the Ladder drill, but since I still had plenty of time before going home, I decided to continue my running training. Since I have a race coming up in a few days, I took advantage of the time to train as much as possible.
Even though it's a Wednesday, many people are training here, because the stadium that I often use for training is always closed, so all visitors move here, because here still has a track for running. As the night wore on, there were still many people running or just sitting around.



My first pace was 8:58, with a total pace avg of 9.11/km. I finished only 3km. Yup only 3km. Apparently my feet were tired and made my shoes drag.



Ah right, in this exercise I wore shoes that I had just bought, I deliberately wore these new shoes for this exercise so that I could wear them in the upcoming race, (I will tell you about these new shoes in my next post).

After finishing and cooling down, my friends and I took the time to take a group photo, and finally parted ways to go home.

And we met again at the next workout, which was on Wednesday. But of course I don't tell it in this post, I'll tell it after the story I've compiled.
