Hii Hive Runners, how are you? It's been a while since I said hello, I hope you're always in good health wherever you are.
Finally the month of Ramadan is over, and we have celebrated Eid al-Fitr together. After almost 3 weeks of no training because of the last 2 weeks of fasting, my schedule suddenly became busy and I often went home at night. I couldn't practice at all.
Because of the holidays, we ate a lot of high-calorie food, for some reason it's always present during big holidays. Therefore, I named this workout NastaRun, for your information, nastar similar like pineapple tart.itself is a high-calorie cookie (you can browser nastar cookies to see what it looks like😅).
Many Indonesian runners have named this workout NastaRun, hoping to burn off the nastar calories we ate haha.
This time I ran around the factory near my mom's house, at around 16:30. I deliberately started at that time because I was going to pick up my sister from work too. But as it turned out, the weather this time was still hot, so hot that my cheeks felt like they were going to melt.

Because it was hot and I hadn't practiced for long, I felt like my body was heavy, and my breathing felt heavy. Because of that, I could only complete my run with only 3.02 km. With my first pace of 8.35/km. With a total avg pace of 9.08/km and a total moving time of 27.39

As it was still hot and sunny, the sky was more beautiful and blue, and we could see the mountain clearly. After 5pm my sister came, right after I finished my run, and asked her to take my photo.

Although it was only 3k, but at least it was better even though it was only for 1 pineapple tart 😅.
