This is my entry for #sepiasaturday organized by @old-guy-photos.
The town of Osma is located about 10 kilometers from Los Caracas. Previously Osma was located on the seashore and had to move to a much safer space due to the rise of the tide, because during the rainy season its waters hid the beach until it was transformed into a small line.
The Osma community located in the Caruao parish, Vargas state, Venezuela. Main entrance of the parish caruao with a population of 800 inhabitants. The faces of its people reveal that this is an Afro-descendant population living there since 1948, and since then families have grown and have also grown their living space.
Building their homes themselves, improving them, reforming them to their liking and according to their own possibilities, slowly as is done in the popular sectors.
In general, Playa de Osma enjoys a clear sea and moderate waves, its depth intensifies rapidly. The Osma river flows into its waters; It is a beach preferred by surfers willing to challenge their waves. Visiting Osma is living its history, its people are friendly and hospitable, you are left with the desire to return and spend a magical moment in this paradise called Osma.
