Hello mushroom lovers. Today I will write a little about the #FungiFriday challenge hosted by @ewkaw
After the cold weather and heavy rains, I knew I would find mushrooms and headed into the forest with my friends. I usually pick this type of mushroom because I like it the sweetest, and there are plenty of them in my area. As soon as we entered the forest, we found them
There are several types of mushrooms, but not all of them are edible. It is mostly brown in color, and can vary from light brown to dark. And they grow the most in conifer forests and can also be found in meadows. We just gathered most of it in uncut grass and pine forest.
Here I showed you a white mushroom, a milk mushroom. When you break it, milk comes out. I picked them for my wife because she only eats them. They say they are the only mushrooms that don't have worms. I don't like them because they are bitter. I eat exclusively BOLETTO
These are the young and sweetest. We usually prepare them for eating immediately, while we dry the slightly older ones in the sun.
My basket is already full and so are my friends' baskets. At home, my wife immediately started preparing. She put some for dinner and we cut the rest and put it on the balcony to dry. After drying, people sell it because it is expensive, but we keep it in a glass jar and add it as a spice to the dish.
I hope you liked my post, and I will write again because the mushroom season is just beginning. See you again. I will try to take nice photos.
