Here I am, a day late in participating in the Wednesday walk contest. Unfortunately, I left the dentist yesterday, and after the anesthesia wore off, I wasn't feeling very well, so I took some medicine and then rested. Anyway, my walk yesterday to the dentist was a nice one. I started from the northern outskirts of the city, where crossing some of the main bridges on the way also offers a beautiful view of the city. Luckily, my dental office is located in one of the most beautiful squares in Pistoia, Piazza del Ceppo, which I've actually mentioned several times because it's a square of unique beauty. Anyway, from the outskirts to the square, it's about a twenty-minute walk. I took it easy, taking the opportunity to take several photos. The outskirts themselves aren't as bad as those in other cities. Aside from a few slightly less attractive apartment buildings, there are many charming houses and a lovely view of the newest part of the city. The beauty is how quickly you go from the outskirts to the historic center! In just a few steps, you enter the center, which is always fascinating.

Arriving in Piazza del Ceppo is always fascinating. The porticos belong to the old hospital, now home to various medical practices, including the dentist's office. As you can see from my selfies, I wasn't very happy about going to the dentist, it always scares me a little, and thinking that I have to go back tomorrow morning helps! Anyway, I also took a few photos of my dentist's office, a clean one with excellent staff. Llegar a la Piazza del Ceppo siempre es fascinante. El monumento oxidado dedicado a la luna en el pozo destaca en una plaza medieval, con edificios antiguos en tonos tierra y amarillo y pequeñas calles laterales, incluyendo una donde antes se encontraba un burdel. Además, desde debajo de los pórticos donde esperaba mi cita, hay una vista magnífica de la plaza.
