Wanda Maximoff, brother to Pietro Maximoff (aka Quiksilver), daughter of Erik Lensherrer (aka Magneto). Most people that are only familiar with Marvel characters from the Cinematic Universe never heard that she's Magneto's daughter.
Her power warps probability, back in the old days she would creates "hexes" that usually caused objects to hit her enemies. If you saw the Wanda Vision series, the small town that she took over in her own reality bubble was in the shape of a giant hexagon and the FBI Agent started calling it a "Hex." That was a nod to the comics. She was also wearing a Halloween costume that looked like her original comics costume which is what she's wearing in my QuickPaint.
